Parc Riviera by EL Development

Parc Riviera tender location suggest that the developer might be developing a residential estate that mainly has 2 facings, one facing the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and the other one facing the open field. Currently, there are no plans for the open field as yet but it will be a residential plot of land. Based on research done on requirements for different profile of buyers, Parc Riviera may have more demand for the facings near the open field as it has less noise compared to the expressway facings and also higher floor units might be able to get an unblock view of the pandan reservoir.

Indication from the URA website also not that Parc Riviera condo is build on a hefty 18,908.7 sqm of land which meant that the distance between blocks are further from another and therefore there are personal space for owners and privacy is protected. Recently, there has been talks on how condos are build around in the West Coast area considering that west coast is a unique area with sea views and therefore unblock views are desirable in the development.

The project details indicate that for the plot of land in West Coast Vale, there is a river that flows on the left side of the development and this creates a serene feel for the residents of Parc Riviera Condo. Also, the reservoir would mean there is more unblock views for the residents for Parc Riviera. The development is also only accessible via a small road called West Coast Vale which is still currently under construction and this road is exclusive for the residents for EL Development West Coast Vale.
